Oval Journal/Bag Charm - 1951 Ship Postage Stamp from the UK
A round journal/bag charm glass pendant with a genuine 1951 vintage King George VI postage stamp of a sailing ship from the United Kingdom.
The reverse of the pendant is covered with a late 1800s handmade marbled paper and is lacquered for protection. A 925 sterling silver anchor charm is attached to the bottom of the glass pendant. Once you have ordered, a clasp will then be attached (as in photo 5) so you can hook the pendant as an ornament to your journal. The clasp is already included in the price. Only sterling silver hardware was used in the making of this pendant. The prices of the pendants vary, depending on the weight of the silver charms.

Please note:The glass used was not made in-house. The glass may have slight imperfections, but they do not detract from the overall beauty and craftsmanship of the pendant. Also, the pendant-making process did not involve any soldering for the sterling silver hardware. Nevertheless, the pendant is quite sturdy.
