Bird and Pressed Leaves.

A simple and elegant mixed media art of a hand-cut bird from 1886 and genuine pressed leaves that I found tucked between the pages of an 1887 Illustrated London News. The leaves could very well be over a century old. I adhered them (very) carefully to a recycled museum-quality mat made in UK. Sustainable art at its finest.
