New Orleans, Louisiana Glass Pendant - Square 1897 Map Pendant

A square glass pendant with a genuine 1897 map showing New Orleans, Louisiana. The map is from the 1897 Century Atlas Map Series. 

The reverse of the pendant is covered with William Morris design and is lacquered for protection. Only 925 sterling silver sterling silver hardware was used in the making of this pendant. Please note: this listing is for the pendant only. The sterling silver chain is sold separately.

The pendant comes in a gorgeous collaged box with art paper that matches the pendant. The interior of the box is artfully collaged with genuine 1880 engravings. It is a box you or the recipient will always treasure. This is a work of art from start to finish.

Please note:
The glass used was not made in-house. The glass may have slight imperfections, but they do not detract from the overall beauty and craftsmanship of the pendant. The pendant-making process did not involve any soldering for the sterling silver hardware.
